Service Delivery Policy

A Digital Service, Not a Physical Product
Lokazen is a fully digital commercial real estate intelligence and matchmaking platform. Nothing physical is shipped, delivered, or couriered to you as part of any Lokazen plan or service. There are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines for physical goods, and no postal returns to handle.
This policy describes what you receive in exchange for the fees you pay and when that service is considered "delivered" for billing, refund, and payment-gateway-compliance purposes.
What You Receive
Brand Plans
On activation of a paid brand plan, you receive instant digital access to:
- Your brand dashboard at lokazen.in
- The algorithmic matching engine that ranks properties against your stated requirements
- Location intelligence reports for Bangalore commercial trading zones
- Property owner contact details for matches the algorithm surfaces
- Email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications about new matches
- Access to the human team supporting your search at the level included in your plan (e.g., dedicated manager, site visits, legal review, depending on tier)
Marketing & Premium Placement
Marketing services are delivered as agreed in the campaign brief — typically a campaign window, a placement period on the platform, or a defined deliverable. Service is considered delivered when the campaign window closes or the deliverable is provided.
Success-Fee Service
For success-fee transactions, the service is considered delivered at the point an introduction is made that leads to a signed lease or rental agreement between the lessor and lessee.
When Service Is Delivered
- Plan activation: within minutes of successful payment, your account is provisioned and dashboard access is enabled. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Marketing campaigns: kick-off begins on the date specified in the campaign brief, typically within 3 working days of payment.
- Success fee: service is considered delivered on the date the lessor and lessee execute the lease or rental agreement.
If activation has not completed within the timelines above due to a failure on our side, please write to support@lokazen.in and we will resolve the issue or, where applicable, treat it as an undelivered-service refund under our Refund Policy.
Scope of Service
Lokazen delivers commercial real estate intelligence, property listings, and an introduction service. The signing of a lease, payment of rent, security deposit, fit-out, possession, and every other event between a lessor and a lessee after our introduction are outside the scope of what we deliver. Geography
Lokazen's property database and location intelligence currently focus on Bangalore, Karnataka, India. You can use the platform from anywhere; the underlying commercial real estate data is Bangalore-specific.
