Role in depth
You will be measured on call volume, verification accuracy, and how many conversations convert into warm leads or confirmed, live properties — not just calls made. We care about clean data: an owner confirmed as reachable, a rent figure that matches, a Scout submission that's genuinely what it claims to be.
A typical day blends structured outbound campaigns (follow-ups, re-engagement) with reactive verification calls as Scouts submit new properties. Every call gets logged on our admin dashboard so nothing falls through between a conversation and a decision.
You should be comfortable talking to strangers in multiple languages, patient with people who need things explained twice, and precise enough to catch a mismatch between what a Scout submitted and what an owner actually confirms.
