The Opportunity
We are India's first AI-powered F&B and retail commercial real estate matchmaking platform — matching brands like Biggies Burger, Boba Bhai, and TAN Coffee with verified commercial spaces across Bangalore. The product is live, the mandates are active, and the category is ours to define.
As Growth & Content Manager, you own the full acquisition funnel — from the organic content that builds trust with brand expansion heads, to the Meta campaigns that pull in property owner leads, to the SEO strategy that makes Lokazen the first result when a founder Googles "commercial space for QSR Bangalore."

Role in depth
You will be measured on inbound brand mandate volume, property owner leads generated, organic traffic growth, and Meta campaign ROAS. A strong month is one where three new brand mandates came through inbound rather than outbound.
You should have hands-on Meta Ads and SEO experience, be a strong writer who understands B2B audiences, and be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where strategy and execution are the same job.
Familiarity with the F&B, retail, or real estate landscape in Bangalore is a strong advantage. If you have strong opinions about why certain corridors are heating up and can write about it compellingly — you are the person we are looking for.
