As Brand Relationship Manager, you own everything from the first brand conversation to the signed lease — mandate intake, property shortlisting, site visit coordination, and keeping brand relationships warm across Bangalore's fastest-growing F&B landscape.

Role in depth
You will be measured on mandate activation speed, shortlist quality, site visit volume, and deal closures supported. We care about brand retention — a brand that closes one deal through Lokazen should immediately be back with three more mandates.
A typical week involves reviewing new inventory from PAMs, briefing brands on matching properties, following up on site visits, and tightening negotiations where required. You are the connective tissue between supply and demand.
You should have a natural commercial sensibility, be comfortable managing multiple high-stakes relationships simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment where the brief changes weekly.
